A 13 HANDS new EP & initiative to inspire that we all have a purpose in this world something specific to do
with our life and a responsibility to better the world for the sake of our children and future inheriting it
We have aligned with many conscious sponsors in the fields of organic foods/products, hemp, Yoga & fitness, education, alternative health, solar, sustainable/green energy initiatives and business practices, fair trade products and "AWARE" people doing their part to help evolve us forward in these areas of living - hence "You Are What You Leave Behind"
13 HANDS/NOMADYOGA is expanding the yoga, sound therapy and health education programs currently provided in public schools, for autism, nursing homes and in Domestic Violence & Sexual Assualt survivors.... along with developing long term trainings for teachers and musicians to facilitate this work. The music of 13 HANDS is a vehicle and a service of the company to assist in bringing these new programs, ideas, education and positive change into the social, health and educational systems of our country.
