Come bliss out on a Saturday night with Gongs, Flutes, Hang Drum, Steel pan drums, Crystal Bowls, Chanting and more!

DALIEN, aka 13 HANDS is back at his favorite beautiful SOHO loft with a special offering that gently warms up the body with about 20 minutes of focused lower charka Yoga postures followed by a blissful, 40 minute sound meditation and relaxation experience where the live sounds of Native Flutes, hang drum, crystal bowl, gong and other world instruments. This deep place of rest is where our body can recalibrate to support our mental, physical and emotional well being… And you’ll be so amazingly, calm afterward!!! We will end by segueway into some beautiful chanting and group songs to open the heart and integrate all this amazing energy we’ve opened for ourselves! Come gather with your tribe and be prepared for fun and getting blissed out!

DALIEN aka 13 HANDS is a two time Grammy nominee, Professor of Yoga, sound therapist and has been emerged in yoga, shamanism, music and mind, body, spirit lifestyle health education for over 20 years.  A survivor of Crohns disease, he healed himself completely to go on and implement this wisdom and stages of healing into the programs, workshops, concerts and personal development work he provides.  He has had the blessings to share his music and programs alongside many internationally known spiritual leaders, artists, kirtan wallahs, authors and yoga/fitness experts including Jack Kornfield, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, The Dali Lama, Dr. Masaru Emoto, Krishna Das, the late and dear Shyamdas, Laurie Anderson, RUN DMC, Ani DiFranco, Paula Cole, Gary Null, Guara Vani, John De Kadt, Wah! and many, many more.   He’s hilarious, caring, has a really big heart and brings unique perspectives to the practice given the nature of his journey.
