DALIEN, aka 13 HANDS is will be making his first visit to Ohana Rising Yoga School with an in-depth workshop
on Muladhara, the root chakra. The yoga postures and sequencing are strategically designed to open the mid and
upper back, hips, legs, hamstrings and core alignment to support the "adage" of feeling "steady on your own two feet". The extent that we are able to stay focused, grounded and organized in our every day life has a lot to do with the strength and circulation to our lower organ systems, lower spine and hips. The main lesson of this charka deals with physical survival...or "chop wood, carry water" but with consciousness, heart and compassion.
